UCC: MANAGEMENT SET JANUARY 9, 2021 FOR RE-OPENING OF FIRST SEMESTER FOR 2020/2021 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Management of the University of Cape Coast issued an immediate Press Release on Monday, 26th October 2020, to inform students, staff, the University Community, and all stakeholders that, the First Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic year will start from 9th January 2021, instead of the originally scheduled re-opening date of 14th November 2020.

As per the Management, this decision is in accordance with the President of the Republic of Ghana’s directive for all tertiary institutions to re-open in January 2021, as announced in a broadcast on Sunday 18th October 2020.

The Management further stated that this arrangement implies to both fresh and continuing students, and the detailed academic calendar for the 2020/2021 Academic year will be announced in due course.
