GHANA COVID-19 UPDATE

Confirmation of 294 new cases has been recorded pushing Ghana's COVID-19 case count to 9,462 from 9,168.

According to the Ghana Health Service, 90 patients have recovered from the deadly disease adding up to the country's recovered patients.

Two patients could not survive pushing the death toll to 44 from 42.

Greater Accra which is the epicenter of the viral disease now has 6,282 confirmed cases from 6,205 as of yesterday.

Ashanti Region has so far recorded 127 new cases pushing the total figures in the region to 1,645.
